Notice of CC PH 4/12/94 SI The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing, Case #ZC-555(CH), on the 12th day of April, 1994, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of a zoning change as outlined by Section 44-2 of the Coppell Zoning Ordinance. Section 44-2 regulates any amendment, supplement, or change to the boundaries of zoning districts. This public hearing has been called to consider a change in zoning from MF- 1 and MF-2 to any appropriate zoning district classification, including, but not limited to, SF-7, SF-9, SF-12, SF-I$, SF-ED, and/or MF-1. At the March 14, 1994, Planning Commission meeting, the Commission voted to recommend retaining MF-2 (Multi-Family-2) zoning on approximately 25 acres (the majority of the Adams tract) and SF-7 (Single Family-7) on the remaining approximately 75 acres (the Sowell and Bonham State Bank parcels). The property generally described as follows: Located on a tract of land on approximately 70 acres at the northeast corner of Coppell Road and Parkway Boulevard and more particularly described in the Dallas County Records as Abstract 624, tracts 1 and 3, and Village at Cottonwood Creek II, Addition. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning the proposed zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, CoppeR, Texas 75019.
