January 7, 1986 MF-2.9 Tract, Lakes of Village Parkway "Preliminary Plat" We reviewed the above referenced project for conformance to the City of Coppell Zoning and Subdivision ordinance and the following sets forth our comments: ZONING: The area is presently zoned "MF"-Multi-Family with surrounding zoning also "MF." Apartments ar~ a permitted use for this zoned district. The setbacks and lot areas have all been met. The density is 24 units per acre, which is acceptable if one-half of the parking spaces are covered. PLANS: We have contacted the engineers (see attached letter) and they have indicated that all items will be addressed and provided to the City prior to the P & Z meeting. SUMMARY: We have no objections to this submittal, provided all items in our letter have been addressed to our satisfaction prior to the P&Z meeting.
