REQUEST:
Preliminary plat approval of
of MacArthur Blvd. Right of
Way Phase IV.
APPLICANT:
Triland Corporation represented
by Albert H. Halff & Assoc. -
John Hefner
The applicant is requesting preliminary plat approval for the Right of Way
dedication of MacArthur Blvd. from the cities' southern boundary line north
to Beltline Road.
Through staff review, the preliminary plat meets all submittal requirements
of the Subdivision ordinance regulations. Ginn Engineering has reviewed the
construction data for this project and did not have any adverse comments re-
gard to this plat.
Staff Evaluation:
An acceptance of this preliminary plat is recommended.
