Final Plat approval of Mac-
Arthur Blvd. Right of Way,
Phase IV.

The applicant is requesti, ng final plat approval for the Right of Way dedication of
MacArthur Blvd. from the southern cities' boundary line north to Beltline Road.
Through staff review, the final plat meets all submittal requirements of
the Subdivision ordinance regulations. Ginn Engineering has reviewed this
submittal and did not have any comments.
STAFF EVALUATION:
An acceptance of this final plat is recommended contingent of the following
stipulations:
1. Receipt or street lighting fees.
2. Receipt of street sign fees.
