Gentlemen:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of MacArthur Plaza,
Preliminary Plat, to allow the development of five commercial pad sites on
property located on the west side of MacArthur Boulevard, adjacent to the TP&L
transmission line, was denied by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
on Thursday, March 21, 1996. It is understood that re. submittal fees for
reconsideration by the Planning and Zoning Commission on April 18th will be
waived.
