Dear Mr. Goram:
I am in receipt of the Homeowner's Agreement the City of Coppell is
requiring for the McDonald's development. On August 27, 1987 upon
my review of this document, I called the City Attorney, Mr. Larry
Jackson to determine whether or not this document was necessary.
Mr. Jackson at that time informed me that it was his opinion that
the Homewoner's Agreement was not appropriate and was unnecessary
for the McDonald's development.
I understand that the City is concerned with the maintenance of
the landscaping in the right-of-way in front of the McDonald's
Tract. This obviously is a concern of McDonald's as well and
McDonald's will agree to maintain the landscaping in front of its
site.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call. I
look forward to our continued cooperation with the City of Coppell.
