General location of property is the
easterly one-half of the MacArthur
right-of-way between Beltline Road
and the existing right-of-way in the
Woodridge Addition.
REQUEST:
Approval of Preliminary Plat on above
property for platting of the easterly
one-half of the MacArthur Boulevard
right-of-way. The applicant is also
reguesting consideration of a Final
Approval. The City Engineer's office,
Ginn, Inc. is recommending approval
of this request.
APPLICANT:
TERRA LAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The applicant is requesting approval
for the platting of the easterly one-
half of MacArthur Boulevard right-of-
way. The applicant is working with
Johnson, Johnson & Roy/Inc. as Land-
scape architects to develop a landscape
plan for Riverchase of which MacArthur
will be a part(please refer to attached
letter from Terra).
STAFF:
The City Engineer, after extensive review
and analysis of this request recommends
approval.
