This is to advise you that our firm has approved the
construction plans for the above project. We understand the
developer has made a commitment to pursue completion of the
project including submittal of landscape drawings and
installation of landscaping conforming to City Streetscape
Plan.
We have no objection to construction of the east two lanes of
MacArthur Blvd. at this time. We will not, however, be able
to recommend acceptance of the project until complete
installation of all features, including landscaping.
