RE: LAKEWOOD ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT
Dear Mr. Lavell:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a final plat of Lakewood
Estates, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
on Thursday, August 20, 1992, with the following conditions:
1) "FINAL PLAT" be added to the document,
2) add "VILLAGE" before Parkway Pump Station,
3) no alleys on Lots 1-39, Block D, Lots 1-13, Block A,
4) provision of 10 foot utility easement at the front of lots not having alleys,
5) description on plat of flood plain in Block D,
6) note wall and landscaped area adjacent to MacArthur Boulevard,
7) 10 foot easement on Lot 51, Block D,
8) utility cross easements of 5 feet on Lot 3, Block G, Lots 7 and 8, Block C,
9) appropriate easement, if required, (either 5 or 10 foot) adjacent to school
property
The tentative date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday,
September 8, 1992, at 7:00 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at the City
Council meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this
application.
