RE: LAKEWOOD ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT
Dear Mr. Lavell:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a
preliminary plat of Lakewood Estates, was recommended for approval by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, March 19, 1992, with
the following conditions:
1) that a Homeowners Association be formed to maintain all common
areas,
2) the extension of utility lines be forwarded under existing
rights-of-way, easements, etc., rather than cutting through the
existing improvements,
3~ lot 26, Block D, be granted relief from the minimum depth
requirement,
4 lots 1-17, Block A, and lots 1-40, Block D, are not required to
provide alley access,
5 change of alley location between lots 9 and 10 in Block C,
6 that a tree survey be provided for trees of 6" caliper or
greater
The tentative date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council
is Tuesday, April 14, 1992, at 7:00 p.m. A representative for this case
must be present at the City Council meeting. Failure to represent this
item may result in the denial of this application.
