RE: Lakewood Estates Replat, Lots 1-15, Block D
Dear Mr. Levell:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Lakewood Estates Replat. Lots 1-
15, Block D, located east of Village Parkway, along the north side of Basilwood Drive, was
recommended for approval by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, March 8, 1994. The
following condition applies:
The Lakes of Coppell Homeowners' Association will provide erosion repair for
Lot 14R, Block D.
No construction may begin until the plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Approval of this plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda
date. If the plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to September 5, 1994,
the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached
checklist for the requirements for executing plats.
