The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on the
20th day of January, 1994, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of a
Replat of Lakewood Estates, at the request of LOC Development, to allow the replat of Lots 1-
15, Block D, on property generally described as follows: east of Village Parkway, along the
north side of Basilwood Drive. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties
of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of
the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning the proposed
zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255
Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
