Dear Mr. 'Sieb:
In regards to'the required number of parking spaces for the new Lam Lee Group
Office/VVarehouse facility to be constructed on Royal Lane (Tract 3B, Freeport North
Industrial Park), we respe, ctfully request a Parking Variance from your office. We
hereby request that the number of parking spaces deemed necessary for this new
facility be reduced to a total of 83' spaces.
Please note that this new facility Will be our wholesale distribution center and
corporate office, there will be no retail trade from this location. Currently, the number
of full-time employees at The Lam Lee Group totals 35. Although we certainly will be
hiring additional employees upon our expansion and relocation, we do not expect our
parking space needs ever to exceed the proposed 83 spaces.
