as a fire lane.
Fire lanes to be platted as easements.
Fire lanes to be 6" concrete on a lime stabilized base. Fire lanes to be installed per City
of Coppell engineering standards.
Fire hydrants to be spaced on a maximum 300 feet on center as measured along the fire
lane.
