LANDSCAPE DATA FOR MAGNOLIA FISHERIES
Marcie,
This is the corrected data for the existing landscaping and the
calculations according to Ordinance No. 91500-A-203 amending section 34,
section II Tree Preservation Requirements.
I hope this is the correct format. According to the way I read the
ordinance concerning credit, it appears that the 50% rule applies only
to landscaping credit which appears to be different from preservation
credit. Wherein additional trees preserved can offset the required
landscaping. In the rule for Trees Preserved On Site Credit, there is
no mention of the up to 50% credit, but rather 1" credit for 1"
preserved or 1" planted per 1" removed. If I am correct in this, it
would appear that no additional trees will need to be planted since we
have more than enough preservation credit to offset the requirements.
If I am not correct please let me know and I will show the planting of
additional trees in the easement area across the back of the property.
Please let me know today if possible of any corrections or alterations
you would like me to make.
Thank you very much.
