RE: Minyard Addition, Lots l&2, Block 1, Final Plat
Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that the Minyard Addition, Lots l&2, Block 1, Final Plat, to allow
the development of an expansion of the warehouse, as well as to accommodate the existing
Minyard facility, located at the southwest comer of Bethel Road and Freeport Parkway, was
approved by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 19, 1996.
This Final Plat must be filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval is
valid for six (6) months. If the Final Plat has not been filed for record with the County prior
to June 19, 1997, the plat shall be deemed null and void and re. submittal shall be required. See
the attached checklist for the requirements for executing Final Plats and Replats.
