Requested variances to the subdivision ordinance are as follows: 1. Cul-du-sac length not to exceed 750' o Alley access elimination for: Lots 1-7 Block B Lots 1-26 Block D Lots 1-6 Block E Sanitary sewer radius not less than 300' for 10" main and 200' radius for 8" main.
