The City of Coppell Board of Adjustment met on September 12, 1996, to hear your request
for special exception for the property located, at 777 Freeport Parkway.
The Board voted to grant your request for a special exception from Sections 31-6-18 of the
City's Zoning Ordinance, to allow for the reduction of the full requirement of 242 parking
spaces for the new Minyard office/warehouse expansion.
