Travis, this plat and site plan have been resubmitted because of wetland issues on the property to the west that was identified as dirt work was proceeding. The elimination of the alleys along the west property line will remove what would be a construction problem. We don't think it is appropriate to revisit issues that were resolved during the original zoning & preliminary plat submission of this development. A note has been added to the face of the plat addressing the no parking signs. The street name Stanton Hall has been removed. We will add a new street name when your review of submitted street names is complete. Tim Brancheau, T.U. Electric: 1. A plat has been submitted for review. plat. We will add easements when we receive a marked up Brad Reid, Park Planning: 1.
