Update staff if the H.O.A. document has a section addressing the landscape treatment for
the 15' fence setback, which tapers to 25' building line for the key lots indicated on the plat.
Please provide staff a copy of the revised H.O.A. document.
Staff did not see on the plat nor in the draft copy of the H.O.A. reference being made to
no parking signs to be placed on all sides of the round-about on Natches Trace.
Staff would like to discuss with the applicant the possible drainage runoff from the homes
onto the park land.

Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant.
Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations. Should
applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations should
not be followed when you attend the November 6th Development Review Committee (DRC)
meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the November 6th DRC
meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for
the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, November llth to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department.
