Dear Mr. Powell:
On July 10, 1986, Mobil was denied a variance by the Planning & Zoning
Commission to install "Mobil" sign legends on the fascia of the existing
canopy at the subject location.
The purpose of this letter is to request that Mobil be placed on the
agenda of a future City council meeting in order to present it's reasons
for the requested variance.
We understand it will take a 6-1 favorable vote by the Council to
overturn the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
