Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to Grantor,
the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, paid in hand by the City of
Coppell, Texas, a Texas home-role municipality, ("Grantee") has GRANTED, SOLD
AND CONVEYED, and by these presents does GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY unto
Grantee all that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land situated in the County of Dallas, State
of Texas, and described as follows: --~

deed recorded in Volume 2583, Page 245 of the Deed Records of Denton
County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point of intersection of the west line of
Denton Tap Road (a variable width right-of-way) with the south line of
State Highway No. 121 (a proposed variable width right-of-way); Thence

all and singular the Land unto Grantee, its successors and assigns against every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof by, through or
under Grantor.
