SUBJECT: LANDSCAPING AT THE MOBILE STATION
I have compared the approved landscape plan for the Mobile Station on Denton
Tap Rd. with what has been planted.
The approved plan and the actual planed mate~al correspond with the e~ception
that the berm indicated on the drawing was moved approximately 6 feet to
the'east.
I spoke with Mark Sweeney on January 2~. He stated that he had reviewed
the minu~es from the council meeting in which the Mobile site was approved.
The minutes did not reflect any add~onal requirements to the approved
landscape plan. Based on these facts it appe~s to me that the Mobil site
is completed.
