Dear Mr. Chairman:
It has been brought to our attention that the
application of Mobil Oil Corporation is to be
considered by the Commission this evening. Our
record title owner of the property, however, is
William G. Thompson, Trustee. Title shall pass
to Mobil upon the successful completion of the
platting process.
The purpose of this letter is to advise you that
approval of this plat application shall constitute
the donation of approximately .24 acres of land to
the City of Coppell. The donation of this land
shall serve to align the intersection of Belt Line/
Southwestern and Belt Line/ Denton Tap.
