Council's specific motion was for SF-7, not "SF-7 or any other more restrictive district." That

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a publ)clohearing on the
19th day of May, 1994, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration ora zoning
change, Case #ZC-555(CH) Amended, at the request of the City of Coppell, from SF-9 (Single
Family-9) to SF-7 (Single Family-7) or any other more restrictive district on property generally
described as follows: located at the northeast corner of Parkway Boulevard and Coppell Road.
All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend
this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest
may also express his or her opinion concerning the proposed zoning change request by letter
addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas
75019.
