Dear Gary:
I would like to keep you apprised of the above referenced project, and how we are proceeding:
For irrigation of the landscaping, I will be putting in a well.
Trees will be planted around the entire project, however, due to excessive heat in the summer, this
will be done after September 15, 1998, and will be shipped directly from a tree farm.
If you have any concerns regarding the above, please feel free to contact me at my office. My objective is
to build my project with integrity; however, I believe we should also use common sense given the current
weather conditions.
