This letter is to inform you that your MF-2 property (approximately 27 acres),
located north of Parkway Blvd., east of Coppell Road, was approved for retaining
its MF-2 zoning on the portion of land which is north of the drainage area and
that a zoning change from MF-2 to SF-9 (Single Family-9) was approved for the
remainder of the property by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, April 12,
1994.
