L.C.C., please allow this letter to serve as a formal request for a six (6) month time extension for filing The Mansions By The Lake, Lot 1, Block 1, Final Plat. The Mansions By The Lake, Final Plat was approved by the Coppell City Council on November 11. 1997. Phase I construction (area outside the lin'uts of the existing FEMA floodplain) began in November 1997 and all grading, utility and paving construction have been completed. Phase II construction (area inside the limits of the existing FEMA floodplain) could not begin until the Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) was approved by FEMA and the Cits' of Coppell. This approval was granted in mid February 1998. The grading work for Phase II has been completed and Western Rim Investors, L.L.C. ts in the process of submitting the "As-Built" Drainage Study for its Letter of Map Revision (LOMR). Western Rim Investors, L.C.C. xvould like to receive its Letter of Map Revision (kOMR) approval prior to filing the Final Plat. This would allow the actual filed plat to show the correct limits of the FEMA floodplain and eliminate any confusion with the old FEMA floodplain limits.
