Moore Road Elementary School - Development Review Committee
Comments - Preliminary Plat and Conceptual Plan.
The Development Review Committee for the City of Coppell has reviewed
the preliminary plat, without the required conceptual plan, for the
Moore Road Elementary School.
Plannin$ and Zoning: need to respond to the attached comments from Ginn,
Inc.
Water and Sewer: all on site wauer mains will be privately owned and
maintained by owner. On site water supply mains will be metered at the
right-of-way line at Moore Road.
School Zone Flashers: costs for materials and
responsibility of the Coppe!l I.S.D.
labor will be
Fire: on site fire hydrants will be required. Fire Marshal will assist
in running pressure and flow res: along Moore Road to determine size
mains required on site for fire flows.
Building Inspection: screening fence will be required along the north,
south, and west property lines, as per ordinance.
Tax: -
GTE: cannot determine requirements until conceptual plan is submitted
for review.
T.P.& L.: for service and easement requirements, see attached xerox
copy.
Gas: contact representative directly for requirements.
Cable T.V.: no represemtative present. Contact directly for
requirements.
The Planning and Zoning Co~mission will consider this item on Thursday,
May 15, 11986. The approval of each of the above entities must be
received in the office of Planning and Zoning, City of Coppell by
Monday, May 12, 1986 in order for this item to remain on the agenda for
consideration.
Attached for your information is a list of persons responsible for
coordination.
