Dear Mr. Adams:
This letter is to inform you that your MF-2 property (approximately 27 acres), located north of
Parkway Blvd., east of Coppell Road, was recommended to be retained as MF-2 on the portion
of land which is north of the drainage area and that a zoning change from MF-2 to SF-7 (Single
Family-7) was recommended for the remainder of the property by the Coppell Planning and
Zoning Commission on Monday, March 14, 1994.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, April 12, 1994,
at 7:30 p.m.
