There are significant conflicts between the approved site plan and the minor plat, therefore, 17 copies of the approved site plan and three copies of the utility plan need to be submitted for review. The southern driveway has been relocated approximately 30 feet to the north from the approved site plan. Need to determine the alignment of this new driveway in relation to the existing hooded left turn lane in Denton Tap Road. The fire lane parallel to Denton Tap Road and the driveway needs to be a fire lane, utility and mutual access easement to serve future the development of the abutting lots.
