The applicant is requesting final plat approval of the Street Right of Way
dedication for Moore Road.
The initial design was reviewed in a preliminary form last September, 1983 by
Ginn's office. The final street Right of Way design is in concurrence with
proposed thoroughfare layout being conceived by J.T. Dunkin and Associates.
STAFF EVALUATION:
There was not any adverse comments on this final plat, so an approval is
recommended.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a 3-0 vote.
