We have reviewed the above referenced project and have the following comments=
It is our understanding that the final and preliminary platting are being
submitted simultaneously. As of this date, we have not received the
preliminary plat and plans for review.
We are presently working with the applicant regarding final construction
plan review. A set of markup plans has been provided to the applicant.
A Traffic Impact Study is requested to better determine the traffic
generated from the proposed school in addition to the existing condition
to assure traffic safety.
- Minimum of 20 feet utility easement are required.
Ail appropriate development fees must be paid prior to the City Council
approval of the final plat.
At this time, we have no objection to this plat and we will continue
working with applicant until the above comments are addressed prior to the
City Council approval of the final plat.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
