RE: Nash Manor Homeowners Agreement
Dear Ms. Diamond:
Please be advised that we have reviewed the proposed Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions for the Nash Manor Homeowners Association. This matter is set for
final approval by the City Council at its Special Called Meeting on March 6, 2001.
After reviewing the same, our only commem would be to add under Section 4.05
and 4.06 a subsection (c) which would read as follows:
"(c) A person with any street ~ht-of-way, including payment,
subgrade curb, meets, alleys or sidewalks of Nash Manor Subdivision that
are designed as common areas and/or as otherwise may be recorded on the
plat of the subdivision even though the same may be dedicated to the
public use."
Subject to that addition I am ia a position to acknowledge our approval of the Nash
Manor Homeowners Agreement.
