RE: Nash Manor Replat of Lot 6~ Block A~ of the Stringfellow Addition
Dear Mr. Rea:
This letter is to inform you that the Nash Manor Addition, Replat of Lot 6, Block A of the
Stringfellow Addition., to allow the platting of six (6) single-family lots on approximately 2.27 ac. res
of property located at the end of Nash Street, approximately 395 feet south of Sandy Lake Road,
was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday,
February 15, 2001, subject to the following conditions:
1) City Council approval of the alley waiver and the mountable curbs.
2) Submission, staff review and approval ora Homeowner's Associations Agreement.
3) Tree Removal Permit will be required prior to the removal of any trees. Trees
removed fi.om this site require retribution under the Tree Preservation Ordinance of
$100.00 per caliper inch removed.
4) The preservation techniques called out in the Tree Preservation Ordinance must be
followed for trees designated to be preserved on site. If trees are removed or
damaged in addition to those already designated, retribution may be due for those
trees.
5) Per the Park Dedication Ordinance, fee of $1,285 per lot will be required.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, March 6, 2001, at
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held at the
City Council Chambers at 255 Parkway Blvd. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application. Please submit to the Planning Department 12 folded copies of the all
exhibits on or before 12 noon~ Wednesda¥~ February, 21st, so that your request can be forwarded
on to Council for consideration.
