1. Show all fire lanes as easements.
2. Maximum hydrant spacing is 300 feet on center.
3. Additional hydrants on east side of area required. (Hydrants on Beltline can not be used
in calculation of hydrants.)
4. Additional fire lane required on east side. Beltline can not be considered a fire lane.
5. Fire Department ingress doors required to be every 100 feet along exterior of buildings.
6. All buildings will be required to have a full fire sprinkler system. A Class III standpipe
system is also required.
7. Minimum fire lane radius is 30 feet inside and 50 feet outside.
