The Leisure Services Department has reviewed
referenced development and has the following comments.

The developer has shown a 15' hike and bike easement along
Beltline Road. The Beltline Greenwalk Trail runs along the
eastern border of the property and a 20' wide trail easement
is required along Beltline Road. Proposed trees should be
located outside this easement.
This site is also impacted by on-road bike route E- WI O along
Lakeshore Dr. Additional 5' of R.O.W. will be required.
