plat for the North Texas Mail Processing Center, was recommended for approval
by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on September 17, 1987.
The tentative date scheduled for consideration by the City Council is October
13, 1987. A representative for this case must be present at the City Council

North Texas Mail Processing Center
This is a request for consideration of preliminary plat and landscape site plan
approval for North Texas Mail Processing Center. This site is situated on 74.741
acres of land. If approved, the plat will allow the operation of a Facilities Service
Center for the U.S. Postal Service. A vehicle maintenance facility is proposed
for this development, in order to service the vehicles.
All DRC comments have been addressed; therefore, staff has no objections to this
request.
