This site is situated on 74.741 acres of land. If approved, the plat will allow the operation of a Facilities Service Center for the U.S. Postal Service. A vehicle maintenance facility is proposed for this development, in order to service the vehicles. All DRC comments have been addressed; therefore, staff has no objections to this request.
