Preliminary Plat
Gentlemen:
We have reviewed the preliminary plat for conformance to the City of Coppell
subdivision ordinance and recommend approval.
The applicant is advised by copy of this letter that the following conditions
must be met prior to approval of the final plat.
1. Escrow funds for the improvement of Cowboy Drive.
2. Pay all fees as outlined in the subdivision ordinance.
Additionally, the applicant will be assessed for their pro-rata share of the
improvement of Belt Line Road when Belt Line is improved.
