FINAL PLAT for STREETS
We have reviewed the final construction plans for the subject project and
recommend approval. We would point out that the issue of escrowing funds
for Cowboy Drive or improvements to Cowboy Drive have not been addressed
at this time. Our previous conversations with Connell Development indicate
that they are willing to pay their half at this time or work out some
alternative to the solution. They are really waiting for the city to tell
them what to do. It is our recommendation that they escrow funds for the
improvement of half of Cowboy Drive.
