Requesting preliminary plat approval of
Northlake 635 Business Park
APPLICANT:
Connell Development Company represented
by James Koch, Jr., of Powell and Powell
Engineering.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Preliminary plat for a 129 acre high-tech industrial park.
The property has just been recently annexed into the City.
STAFF EVALUATION: This preliminary plat is in accordance with the regulations
of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Coppell.
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
The P & Z Commission recommended approval (5-0) of this preliminary plat
contingent upon the stipulation that the applicant provide for a thirty
(30) foot building line set-back rather than the fifteen (15) foot building
line as shown on the plat.
