Replat Comments:
1. Provide a 5 foot right-of-way dedication adjacent to Wrangler Drive.
2. Impact Fees will be required.
3. Show all fire lanes with metes and bounds description.
4. Provide the floodplain administrator signature block.
Site Plan Comments:
4. You should attempt to shift the eastern most driveway further to the west to avoid
any conflicts with the Wrangler Drive/Belt Line Road intersection.
5. Provide a utility plan sheet showing water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer locations
so a determination can be made if additional easements are needed.
