Site Plan:
Loading Spaces are required one (1) space per 20,000 square
feet of gross floor area or fraction thereof- 5 spaces are
required, 4 are shown. Minimum size of loading space is 12
x 30 feet. The loading spaces shown scale appear to be 10x24
feet.
Landscape Plan:
· Requkements of Sections 34-1-8 0t), Interior Landscaping
and (C) Perimeter Landscaping appears to have been met,
however, adherence to Section 34-1-9 Landscaping
Requirements for Non-V~ Open Space appears
questionable. Illustrate on the Landscape Plan of the locations
of the required non-vehicular open space and the additional
· Need to show pwperty line in addition to the curb line along
Crestside and Lakeshore Drives.
· Add a notation to the Landscape Plan that there are no trees
on the property.
· The Landscape Plan must be signed and sealed by a registered
Landscape Architect.
Elevations: · Need to provide a color board.
· Need to provide sign locations, descriptions, and elevations
(attached and detached).
Replat
· Next submission needs to be black line verses blue line prints.

Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on
staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please
provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you
attend the April 6th Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the April 6th
DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision.
An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, April 11a to resubmit eighteen (18)
folded copies of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of
each exhibit to the Planning Department
