Requesting final plat approval of the Road
System within the proposed Northlake 635 Business
Park.
APPLICANT:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The applicant is proposing to construct the street system that
will service the planned Northlake 635 Business Park. This shall include the following:
Lakeshore Drive and Crestside Drive.
STAFF EVALUATION: Recommendation of approval of this final plat is subject to the attached
comments from the City Engineer.
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
The P &Z Commission recommended approval (5-0) of this final plat.
