RE: Northlake 635 Business Park, Lot 2, Block D - Final Plat
Dear Jim:
This letter is to formally notify you that the above mentioned plat was
approved by the Coppell City Council on January 13, 1987, with the
condition that no Certificate of Occupancy will be issued until a
Homeowners Agreement has been filed. Please contact Steve Goram,
Director of Public Works, if you have any questions regarding the
agreement.
Your next step will be to submit two (2) mylars, and six (6) blue lines
(and any extras for your use), to the Planning Department for the proper
signatures. After receiving the necessary signatures, you may pick up
the plats and file them with the county.
If the Final Plat has not been submitted for the signatures of City
Officials within six (6) months after approval by City Council, the plat
shall be deemed null and void; resubmittal shall be required, and the
current subdivision regulations shall apply.
