We reviewed this submittal as a "conceptual site plan" only.
Our comments are based on that type review. We may have
additional comments when preliminary plans are submitted.
1. Open storage area should be "screened" in accordance with
zoning ordinance 32.1;5.
2. Provisions for trash dumping area.
3. Suggest screening the truck docking area from view from
Crestside Drive.
4. Provide conceptual landscape plan.
5. Indicate driveway radii, large enough for truck turning, at
driveways.
6. Indicate fire lanes. Additional fire hydrant on site may be
required.
7. Provide names of adjacent land owners and zoning classification.
8. Provide topography of existing site.
9. Indicate name of Engineers/Surveyor for the project.
Provide description, abstract, tract designation.
Indicate details on concrete channel.
