Lot 2 - Blk. D
We are currently revising our system for assessing
fees in order that all fees be paid at the appropriate
time. The purpose for this is to ensure that our record
fees are accurate and that we are collecting fees as
per Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Coppell.
Staff recommends approval of Lot 2- Blk. D of said
project with the condition that appropriate fees be
paid.
