Dear Mr. Gray:
In response to your most recent proposed revision to the Charles Schwab site, staff has no
objection to the elimination of the southern curb cut on Crestside Drive. However, the
change to the parking in the vicinity of the curb cut has resulted in a violation of the
landscape ordinance. Please revise the site plan to comply with Section 12-34-8 B.3 of
the zoning ordinance, requiring that planting islands be spaced at intervals not to exceed
15 spaces.
Additionally, you also mentioned that this particular mw of parking is existing. Please
note that the approved site plans indicate that all parking and landscaping is in
compliance with the City's zoning requirements.
Once the noted revisions have been made, staff will be in a position to administratively
