To Whom It May Concern:
The following color selections have been made for the above referenced development:
1. Color No 1. The field color of the tilt-wall panels shall be medium textured coating color to
match SW2010 "Taupe Tint." The lintels over the 9'-0" windows shall be color no. 1.
2. Color No 2. The accent color over the 18'-0" high window areas, the accent squares, and
the 4" horizontal reveals shall be medium textured coatong to match SW2110
"Windward."
3. Stucco soffits shall be painted white matching the soffit color used in Coppell No. 2.
4. The hollow metal doors and frames shall be color no. 1, "Taupe Tint."
5. The dock doors are factory finished to match color no. 1, "Taupe Tint."
6. The metal stairs and handrails shall be painted to match color no. 2, "Windward."
7. The aluminum mullions and aluminum louver screen wall shall be clear anodized finish.
8. The glazing shall be 1" insul.ated green solex or %" spandrel to match.
