Roadway impact fees will be assessed for the expansion of the building.
Pavement will be on 6" lime-stabilized per City Subdivision Ordinance.
Show engineering scale and North arrow on site plan.
Provide utility and drainage plans.
Show the proposed driveway widths.
The security gate will need to have opticom device installed.
